By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.Please read the terms carefully:I, Hannah (the artist):★ I reserve the right to refuse ANY commission request for ANY reason. I do not have to specify.
★ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
★ I will NOT claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork. Your character is yours.
★ I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
★ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.
★ I WILL NOT accept AI assets as reference material. If you send an AI image or reference, you will be denied.You (the customer/commissioner):✭ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels with credit.
✭ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make prints, etc.)
✭ You MAY alter the commissioned artwork, please ask permission first.
✭ You retain the rights to the intellectual property.

Ordering✦ Please contact me on Discord or Twitter/X via DM.
✦ Please provide a CLEAR and ACCURATE reference of the character(s) you want drawn.
✦ Provide the type of commission you would like (headshot, halfbody, etc) and any add-ons (shading, extra character, complex background, etc.)
✦ After I have these details, I will provide you with quote based on my pricelist (available on Trello) and how complex the character(s) design.Payment✦ I accept PayPal (preferred), Venmo and CashApp for payment.
✦ 100% of the price of your commission is required before I begin work on it.
✦ I will send a sketch for approval before I begin the lining stage. Once the sketch has been approved, no major changes can be made (different pose, OC, etc).
✦ If you cancel your commission when I send the sketch, I will refund your total price back to you.You are free to contact me at any time about your commission! I will respond when I can, but please do not spam me. I aim to be as openly communicative as possible! I will alert you where you are on the queue, or if there have been any delays, etc.
